I highly recommend this product! I have been using it all the time on my left shoulder and neck pain since my car accident and it has been working amazing for pain relief! It lasts anywhere from 1 hour to 4 hours for me depending on how bad my pain is at that time. Would really recommend to someone to use as a topical pain relief for a local area!
